It is not convenient for patients having trouble with their vital organs such as cardiac, lung and nephritic diseases to wait for a long time, since earlier cholecystotomy will reduce the operation risk
It brings trouble and financial burden if the gallbladder operation is not applied in time
If there are gallbladder stones and a cholecystotomy is not applied, it will occlude the outlet of the gallbladder and may lead to gallbladder inflammation which we call 'acute cholecystitis'. This is a disease requires emergency operation. It may catch a person in a time when he/she is not socially and psychologically in an inconvenient mood. The small stones may fall into the biliary tract in time. These stones may lead to acute pain, hepatitis, biliary tract inflammation and pancreatic gland inflammation. The progression of these diseases may threat the life. Moreover, these urgency cases bring more trouble and financial burden for patients than cholecystotomy.
